If you are experiencing issues viewing the content, try some of these troubleshooting tips below.

 Try a Different Browser
 
Many times the issues can be resolved by trying a different Internet Browser.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Clear Cache (Chrome)
 
1. In a Chrome window, click the three vertical dots in the top right and then click Settings.
2.  Click More Tools > Clear Browsing Data
3. Make sure Cookies and Cached are selected and then click Clear Data.
4. Close the Settings window.
 
 
 
 Change Zoom
Click the three vertical dots in the top right and then increase or decrease your Zoom. You can also do this by holding and moving the scroll button on your mouse.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Enable Flash
 
Right-click the lock to the left of the URL and select Allow next to the Flash setting.

1. In a Chrome window, click the three dots in the top right and then click Settings.
2. In the address bar type chrome://settings/content/flash
3. Select Allow sites to run Flash.
4. In the Allow section, click Add.
5. On the Add a Site window, enter csdental.learn.taleo.net and then click Add.
6. Close the Content Settings screen and exit Setting.

1. In an Internet Explorer window, click the gear icon in the top right and then click Manage add-ons.
2. Make sure Toolbars and Extensions is selected on the left under Add-on Types.
3. Select Shockwave Flash Object and click Enable.

Allow Flash
 
If when you open a recorded class you see only a white window with only the Back and Next button at the top, you might need to tell your browser to allow Flash content. The Chrome browser is phasing out the ability to view content developed with old Flash technology. We are working to update our content to new standards, however, until then you can click to Allow Flash to run.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Allow Popups (Chrome)
 
Enable Popups
Right-click the lock to the left of the URL and select Allow next to Pop-ups and redirects.

1. In a Chrome window, click the three dots in the top right and then click Settings.
2. In the address bar type chrome://settings/content/popups
3. Turn on the setting to make them allowed.
 
 
 
 
 
Compatibility View (Chrome/IE)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Enable/Disable Compatibility: Chrome
1. Right click on the Chrome icon in your system try or your Desktop. Right click on Chrome again and click Properties.
2. Click the Compatibility tab and select to run the program in a different Windows version.
 
Disable Compatibility: Internet Explorer
1. In an Internet Explorer window, click the gear icon in the top right and then click Compatibility View Settings.
2. If taleo.net is one of the sites listed to use compatibility view, remove it.
3. Close the window and then try again.
               
 Resize the Window
If you can hear the audio but not see the content, you might try making the screen smaller or larger. To resize a window, press the CTRL key and the plus (+) or minus (-) sign on your keyboard.
 


If you are experiencing issues viewing the content, you might trying updating the multimedia plugins on your computer.

3. Click Custom Level...
4. Under Active X Controls, set Automatic Prompting for Active X to Prompt.
5. Under Miscellaneous, set Display Mixed Content to  Prompt.
 



If you are experiencing issues joining a live online class, try these steps:

Google Chrome: 

1.       Click the wrench icon  on the browser toolbar.

2.       Select Settings.

3.       Click Show advanced settings.

4.       In the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.

5.       In the Pop-ups section, select Allow all sites to show pop-ups. Customize permissions for specific websites by clicking Manage exceptions.

Internet Explorer:
  1. Open the web browser.
  2. On the top-right, click Tools > Internet Options.
  3. In the Internet Options window, click the Privacy tab.
  4. Deselect the Turn on Pop-up Blocker checkbox and then click Apply and OK.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open the web browser.
  2. On the top-right, click Tools > Options.
  3. In the Options window, click the Content tab.
  4. Deselect the Block Pop-up Windows checkbox and then click OK.

Install the WebEx Training Manager

To join a live online class, the WebEx Training Manager must be installed on that computer. This will happen automatically the first time you join, however you can manually download it here so that you are better prepared

If nothing happens when you click the link to join the classroom, try the Google Chrome browser instead of Internet Explorer.
